Responsibilities
· Answer incoming calls and conduct telephone interviews with pre-employment applicants as part of their background screening process
· Engage with pre-employment applicants via text, email, and phone
· Escalate top priority, critical issues to the appropriate department
Requirements
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Detail oriented
· Ability to work independently
· Strong customer service skills with the ability to resolve issues
· Ability to multitask and have great organizational skills
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Location/Hourly Rate
- Near 290 and Dacoma
- Depending on experience/education
