Job descriptionJob Summary/Basic Function Assisting VoIP (Voice over Internet Protocol) and other Network Operations engineers with delivery, installation, troubleshooting of telephone/network products, cameras and devices including cabling and testing. Assisting with life cycle replacement of telephone related equipment.
Documentation, scrubbing data within spreadsheets, assisting with writing of procedures and steps for given tasks.
Provide communication to and from other System Administrators. Minimum Qualifications Some prior experience in IT or equivalent Training.
Experience within customer support helpful.
Good verbal / written communication skills.
Ability to follow complex verbal / written instructions. Preferred Qualifications Cisco CICD or some IT training.
Current studies towards degree in IT or Computer Science related field.
Basic understanding of networking.
Ability to follow instructions, work independently after instruction. Work Hours 8AM-5PM Monday-Friday Posting Date 07/13/2022
