Role Description
As a member of our spa team, you will work with and be a part of a close knit family that look out for each other and thrive as a team. You will help maintain a calming atmosphere for all guests on their getaway and use that same sense of calm to focus your energy to a stress-free work environment.
As a member of the Brasada leadership team, this position is instrumental in developing and fulfilling the short-term as well as long-term goals of the Ranch and executing Spa Brasada philosophy. This position is responsible for creating an atmosphere that will inspire guest and team members to return. The above goals will be accomplished by the proper implementation, promotion, and success of our operations through continual evaluation of the products/services provided while ensuring effective training of the Spa team. The Spa Supervisor will develop guidelines and goals within the structure of the budget, achieving results through strong leadership techniques and cost controlling measures. The Spa Supervisor will coordinate and oversee all aspects and functions of Spa Brasada.
To be successful in this very important position, you must be a leader. Our leadership team is not seen as just a Supervisor in their department, but as a leader of the entire resort. You will need to use your creativity to meet and exceed financial profit goals for the department. Driving revenue and unique, personalized customer service will be the primary focus. You will be given the autonomy to implement your inspiration and make Spa Brasada one of our greatest offerings and assets at Brasada Ranch.
