Target Studio is an integral part of Target’s Marketing Team and is leveraged for photo and video production services. We partner with teams across the company to bring the Target Brand to life.
As a Photo Stylist, you will bring the Target Brand to life by assisting Lead Stylists and creating and capturing basic images for E-commerce and Marketing Special Projects.
You will have experience in most aspects of Photo Production.
Production: You will have proficiency with styling skills and styling gear and an understanding as well as an awareness of image and style standards necessary to uphold the Target brand. You will assist Lead Stylists on set and be provided opportunities to grow your Stylist skills by shooting Low to Medium complexity content.
Pre-Production: You will perform prep styling support preparing items for on set production a plan for the needs of Lead Stylists for large projects.
The Stylist reports to the Sr Manager Stylists.

Technical college photo/fashion degree or equivalent experience
Background in supporting styling needs in commercial photography
Proficiency in using styling tools to execute specific visual feel of content
Sets objectives for your own work and provide support for projects
Ability to both assist and act as stylist for low complexity styling jobs
Stays up to date with emerging trends and innovation
Follow defined and communicated best practices and procedures
Seeks creative solutions to overcome obstacles when doing work
Current portfolio/resume demonstrating depth and breadth of creative capabilities
Support team strategies, goals, and objectives
Demonstrated ability to synthesize information, think critically, and communicate
Exhibits integrity, creativity, ingenuity, and resourcefulness
