Job descriptionThis role will interface with the Travel Manager as a travel program point of contact. This role will support Client Management leaders and customer key contacts. Provide end to end support for day to day travel program maintenance and issue resolution. Provide general assistance for monthly reporting packages and ad hoc data. Interact and support client with day-to-day requests such as policy exception, crisis and post trip reporting support.
- Work under pressure and maintain flexibility
- Strong Project Management and organizational skills. Ability to prioritize and manage competing demands to meet deadlines
- Ability to work with Global teams
- Ability to identify issues or challenges requiring escalation
