Job Description
- Facility type: Hospital
- Patient types: Multi-Specialty
- Employment type: Full-time, 13 week contract (with extensions)
- Start date: ASAP
- Hours: 6AM- 2:30PM (40 hours)
- Call/weekends: Some evening/weekends as needed
- Compensation: $50-$55/hour w/ Benefits
Responsibilities
- Provide scrubbing, gowning, and gloving assistance
- Assure preparation and sterilization of surgical field
- Assure all sponges, needles, and instruments are accounted for according to policy and procedure
- Confidently and collaboratively work with surgeons well-respected in the medical community
Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in OR hospital setting
- Active Surgical Technology Certification (CST) preferred
- Active BLS required
- 1yr-2yr of CST experience in hospital setting (required)
- Demonstrated history of success in a fast-paced setting
- COVID-19 Vaccinated
