Client Service Support Associate
Job description
The Client Services Support Associates will verify employment status information and research health plan documents for specific subrogation language on behalf of Rawlings’ clients.
Hours: Day shift, 40-hour work weeks, 8am - 5pm. Flexible schedule options available between 7am - 7pm after six months of employment.
Setting: Professional office environment (with no remote option).
Compensation: This is a non-exempt position at a very competitive hourly rate.

Responsibilities
- Accesses multiple client systems to gather health plan contract information, and documents findings in appropriate applications.
- Verifies employment status information for health plan client membership.
- Accurately upload documents to specific internal portals.
- Follows predetermined performance guidelines to complete requests.
- Maintains individual productivity set forth by leadership.
- Demonstrates ability to analyze and escalate requests appropriately to internal Client Services Team.
- Provides excellent customer service and builds relationships with internal and external client contacts.
Qualifications
- High School diploma, GED, or equivalent combination of education and experience in the health insurance, legal, property and casualty or related fields is preferred.
- Excellent customer service skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships.
- Above average oral and written communication skills required.
- Word and Excel proficiency is required.
Physical Requirements
- Frequently remains in sitting position for long periods of time to perform duties.
- Frequently concentrates for long periods of time, paying close attention to detail.
- Frequently uses and views the computer using fingers, hands, and vision.
- Frequently works in a well-lit, tempered environment.
- Occasionally moves through office to communicate with other employees.
