Job description
The faculty member will join the Department of Family Medicine and will participate in avariety of teaching, clinical, and scholarly activities. On-call responsibilities will also be assigned for regular schedule and designated holidays on a rotating basis.
Strong emphasis on teaching and patient care in both the ambulatory and inpatient setting, with opportunities to develop administrative and scholarship skills.
The ECU Brody School of Medicine is affiliated with Vidant Medical Center (formerly Pitt County Memorial Hospital).
Vidant Medical Center is the flagship hospital for Vidant Health and serves as the
teaching hospital for the Brody School of Medicine at East Carolina University.

Minimum Education/Experience MD or DO from an appropriately accredited institution required.
Board eligible or board certified in Family Medicine required.
License or Certification Required by Statute or Regulation NC license required. Board eligible or board certified in Family Medicine required.
Preferred Experience, Skills, Training/Education Clinical practice experience with OB skills preferred.
