We offer a variety of on demand health screening services. Most recently, we have successfully scaled our first offering of rapid COVID-19 screening solutions with on-site delivery, Insta OnSite (do-it-yourself testing) and Virtual Proctoring enabled by our own proprietary Track platform. We are taking the capabilities we have built and applying them to revolutionize preventative screening in the digital health space to launch and scale our offerings in our pipeline including: lead-testing at schools, vaccinations in schools and senior living, virtual drug testing, and preventative health screenings.

About This Role:*
Our Clinical Care Coordinators at Novir focus on on-site clinical events for the company. As a Clinic Coordinator you will be responsible for managing the client services at our testing or vaccination clinics. You will support our clients, assisting them with checking in for appointments/services, administering tests and resulting tests. In addition, you will advise existing and potential clients on additional services offered by Novir. You will maintain an excellent standard of customer care at all times to ensure a warm welcome and pleasant introduction to the clinic.
What You'll Do:
- Greet clients, ensuring they feel welcome and comfortable
- Address all inquiries in a professional and courteous way
- Ensure all clinic procedures are adhered to and completed in a timely manner in line with clinic needs
- Answer client questions in accordance with company procedures,
- Maintain client records in accordance with company procedures and data protection requirements, always ensuring discretion and confidentiality
- Prepare and plan for assigned sites and communicate needs to operations continuously
- Prepare for site deployment in advance for easy drop off and breakdown site for easy pick up
- Take payments for clients after their services (testing) and to ensure payment handling procedures are followed
- Oversee and ensure supplies, tests, client literature and other supplies as required for the clinic are made available
- Undertake general administrative tasks and support to the clinic as required by the Program Manager
- Maintain working areas and equipment in accordance with health, safety, hygiene and general housekeeping standards at all times
- Assist with any other clinic duties as required, including supporting other team members inclusive of our Health Care Workers
- Maintain good working knowledge of the services provided including looking for opportunities to grow Novir’s presence at the site (moving from reactive to proactive testing, including athletics testing, special events)
Key Requirements We're Looking For:
- Previous experience in customer service facing role
- Ability to enter data accurately
- Ability to use Word, Excel, Email, Internet, and in house systems
- Ability to drive between multiple clinic sites and have responsibility for various sites
- Ability to work on Saturdays and Sundays as needed, sometimes on short notice
- Ability to communicate effectively at all levels and establish sound working relationships
- Polished appearance and professional manner
- Exemplary customer service skills
- Methodical and analytical with excellent attention to detail
- Excellent team working and relationship building skills
- Ability to absorb and retain product information
- Proactive approach to problem solving and decision making

Range of Pay: $22 to $28 per hour
