Equivalent ExperienceDescription:
Direct placement/Permanent position
Responsible for the set up of 26 CNC Milling and Lathe Centers (CNC Lathe Machines) using Fanuc controls
Read blueprints and technical drawings to determine proper set up process
Read GD&T (Geometrical Dimensions and Tolerances) symbols in technical drawings and blueprints
Utilize G-Code and Fanuc controls to for CNC set ups
Set up CNC Machines to then hand over the machine to an operator
Support Operator and adjust set ups as need to achieve required tolerances
The production floor has 26 CNC machines, 13 Mills and 13 Lathes.
Machines Brands:
Mills- Kitamura, Matsuura, Okuma
Lathes-Okuma, Citizen, Hardinge, Takamaz, Nakimori
Skills:
CNC Set Up, Lathe Set Up, Fanuc Controls, G-Code, GT&T
