Coffee Wholesale Customer Service Representative
Job description
Dawson Taylor Coffee Roasters, a division of Hayden Beverage, is now hiring a Coffee Wholesale Customer Service Representative to serve our wholesale customers through exceptional customer service including accounts receivable.
The Coffee Wholesale Customer Service Representative is responsible for communication with our wholesale customer, sales and service staff and handling our accounts receivable.
- Answering phones, receiving wholesale customer orders, and organizing and executing customer service work
- Enter sales order and invoices for all wholesale customers
- Process ACH payments and credit card transactions daily
- Receive customer check payments and make daily bank deposits
- Prepares customer account statements monthly
- Investigates credit risks and follows guidelines for granting credit to customers
- Handle reviewing accounts receivable balances and collecting on delinquent accounts
- Manage day to day lines of communication via telephone, email and teams
- Answer phones and company emails
- Receive all wholesale customer orders within production team's schedule
- Contact clients directly for orders and ensure timely delivery of orders
- Schedule and oversee all daily, weekly, and bi-weekly deliveries for Boise, Stanley, Sun Valley and McCall
- Track and analyze mis-shipments to ensure they do not occur again
- Coordinate service calls to accounts and coordinate with Service Technician for timely response
- Duties are subject to change at the discretion of the Company, to accommodate the changes and needs of the industry and our customers
- Must be available during all normal hours of operation, typically Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- $18 - 20 per hour
Job Qualifications:
- Customer service experience and QuickBooks preferred
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
- Fast-paced, extremely organized, innovative, and excels at working independently
- Attention to detail with clear written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrate strong organization and time-management skills
- Pre-employment 4-panel drug testing and background check
