- A Customer Service Representative will be responsible for: *
- Answering all incoming calls, as pleasantly & efficiently as possible & answering questions about inventory.
- Answering and responding to all inquiries (Phone, chat & email) for the sales department
- Scheduling, confirming and following up with appointments
- Document prospective customer communications in our CRM system
- all will be done in a professional and timely manner in a call center type environment
