Remote position for an exciting Social networking startup that is poised to decentralize the future of work . We are looking for talented CS Manager with experience who has a strong focus on innovative thinking, effective communication and a collaborative approach with a proven track record of delivering consumer facing digital platforms at scale. Our core ideology is around the continued success of the the users that make up our community. Our goal is too rapidly develop secure, scalable technologies to support the changing landscape of what it means to work. Due to growth, we are looking to add an empathetic Customer Success Manager that possesses strong experience.
Responsibilities
- Proactively engage clients to drive product adoption and optimal product experiences
- Develop & maintain relationships with key accounts and users
- Be a leader driving the project plan and sharing best practices on mobilizing customers to adopt features and tools on the Entre platform
- Track customer usage metrics and respond to any customer deployment or product issues
- Create and deliver Executive Business Reviews on a regular cadence
- Manage escalations and expectations for both the client and internal personnel
- Own the onboarding process for each customer
- Create and manage the product timeline & feature set rollout in conjunction with customer expectations
- Drive renewals and expansions of core customer feature set’s
- Advocating for the ongoing needs and goals of the customer
Qualifications
- A strong desire to use your job and mind to further lifelong learning
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- 3-5 years of experience in account management, customer success, and/or project management
- Experience with technology and able to learn new technologies quickly; ideally familiar with SaaS application support requirements
- Customer-focused, enthusiastic, positive and service-oriented
- Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and perform effectively under pressure
- Skilled at problem-solving, decision making, negotiations, and ability to navigate challenging situations in a professional manner
- Superior communications skills (presentation, written, and verbal) and demonstrated ability to communicate/present effectively at all levels of the organization including the C-suite
