We are seeking qualified applicants for a Business System Associate position to administer Windows computer systems, including hardware, software, and maintenance of desktop computers, laptops, cell phones/iPads (iOS) and the occasional network server. The Business Systems Associate will also troubleshoot PC, network and telecom issues.
Knowledge of Microsoft products, VMware Horizon, VoIP, Cisco, Active Directory and AV systems a plus. Provide general system support to multiple locations and be on call for system maintenance. Keep up with new technological innovations/trends and recommend ideas that will give the Denver Division a competitive advantage.
Successful candidates will have:
- Bachelor's Degree
- A minimum of 2-3 years related experience working with Windows operating systems and customer support
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong organization skills and attention to detail
This is a contract person, but an indefinite contract. It is also an in-office position, based in Downtown Denver.
