Premier has also earned national certification as a Level 3 Patient-Centered Medical Home by the National Committee on Quality Assurance (NCQA).The Nurse Practitioner will support our ongoing treatment, including testing efforts for COVID-19. It is a part-time position. Most appointments will be conducted through TeleHealth with a few exceptions that will require onsite testing.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Patient-Centered Quality and Safety
- Provide clinical oversight for testing services in a unique COVID-19 patient testing environment, including but not limited to onsite clinics and TeleHealth platforms
- Educate patients on maintaining proper health
- Evaluate, make recommendations, co-manage and treat patients' medical needs for safe and high quality treatment
- Document all patient care within an electronic health record (IDX / NextGen)
- Focuses consistently on the patient
- Creates a warm and welcoming environment
- Manages multiple demands and needs of clinic operations, patients in the waiting room, while maintaining focus and high quality care on the patient in the exam room
- 2-3+ years of Nurse Practitioner experience preferred
- Providers will be assigned a primary site, however, are expected to travel to and staff other locations within a manager-defined area as needed by the business
- Master's of Family Nurse Practitioner, or similar program
- NYS of Employment license to practice in the Advanced Practice Nurse
- Current National Board Certification
- Credentialed through Medicaid and/or Medicare
- Thursdays and Fridays 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. at our Remsen Clinic

Currently, we are seeking to hire a highly capable Network Specialist to optimize our company's IT network. You will be evaluating our network's performance, collaborating with our IT team to increase network capacity, and overseeing network security. To ensure success as a network specialist, you should possess in-depth knowledge of network technologies and experience in a similar role. An accomplished network specialist will be someone whose network expertise results in the stable, fast, and secure exchange of information.<\u002Fp>\n

This position will report into Corporate Headquarters based in Stamford, CT and will require flexibility to work both onsite as well as remote.<\u002Fp>\n

Summary of Key Job Responsibilities:<\u002Fb><\u002Fp>\n \n - Determining company needs and coordinating the development and maintenance of network infrastructures with the IT team.<\u002Fli>\n
- Ensuring secure and stable server connectivity and testing network protocols.<\u002Fli>\n
- Creating internet domains and optimizing intranet performance.<\u002Fli>\n
- Testing data exchange and communication between computers, routers, modems, and servers.<\u002Fli>\n
- Installing, updating, and configuring end-user networking accessories.<\u002Fli>\n
- Monitoring server capacity and performance to keep up with demand in online traffic.<\u002Fli>\n
- Running diagnostic tests and performing repairs, as well as developing backup, archiving, and data retrieval procedures.<\u002Fli>\n
- Training junior IT staff, preparing user manuals, and providing remote or onsite technical support.<\u002Fli>\n
- Enhancing network security, as well as documenting network processes and cabling layouts.<\u002Fli>\n
- Keeping informed of developments in network technologies and infrastructure. Responsible to meet or exceed all goals and key performance indicators (KPIs).<\u002Fli>\n
- Maintain a calm demeanor and manage issues professionally and respectfully in accordance with our company standards.<\u002Fli>\n

Requirements & Qualifications: <\u002Fb><\u002Fp>\n \n - Bachelor's degree in computer science, information science, or similar.<\u002Fli>\n
- Certified CompTIA, Microsoft, and Sonicwall network professional preferred.<\u002Fli>\n
- A minimum of two years' experience as a network specialist.<\u002Fli>\n
- Extensive knowledge of network connectivity, technologies, protocols, and security.<\u002Fli>\n
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.<\u002Fli>\n
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills.<\u002Fli>\n
- Great organizational and time management skills.<\u002Fli>\n
- Willingness to visit client locations.<\u002Fli>\n
- Availability to perform network repairs outside of business hours. Must be results driven and utilize knowledge to meet or exceed KPIs and goals. <\u002Fli>\n

- Must be able to travel, as required by the Company in its sole discretion, for occasional meetings and conferences using various forms of transportation. <\u002Fli>\n
- Consistent ability to work both remotely and report into Corporate Headquarters or designated retail touchpoint, as required and in accordance with Lovesac policies, CDC and State Guidelines.<\u002Fli>\n
