ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Visionary for student ministry
- Primary teacher and communicator
- Lead and oversee Associate Student Pastor
- Implement follow up with new and current students
- Develop and implement student leadership opportunities
- Build significant relationships with student and parents
- Create community and relational opportunities through events and activities
- Be proactive and have initiative to troubleshoot and evaluate in order to expand ministry

Required Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred)
- 5-10 years of ministry experience in a medium to large church
