The Help Desk Analyst utilizes the appropriate technologies and tools to provide support to all employees. The successful candidate will be a self-starter, capable of learning new technologies and tools independently, and will forward information to the necessary departments, and coordinate with outside vendors. The ideal candidate will have experience working in the IT industry or related field.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the company's call center.
- Determine the best way to resolve a customer's issue.
- Diagnose the issue.
- Explain how to fix the issue to the customer over the phone.
- Gather information to help future customers with similar issues.
- Communicate with co-workers and supervisors.
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $21.00 - $24.00 per hour
