Brower Mechanical, Inc. is expanding our Sales Team.
We are hiring an experienced person in the Home Performance industry
* We specialize in providing products/services that allow homeowners to assess their energy usage and offer solutions to lower energy costs.
* Our Goal is to make a home energy efficient, comfortable and healthy, by providing all of our products and maximizing utility rebates,
* Our Services include: HVAC, Ducting, Controls, Home Performance Products, Ventilation, Water Heating, Insulation, Air Sealing, Solar, Windows, Car Chargers, and Roofing.
* Offering SMUD, PG&E, Roseville Electric Energy Efficiency Rebates
* We're in our 40th year of business, providing energy saving products to Northern CA.
* We have excellent, qualified leads provided to our consultants
* Paid training
* Vehicle, Gas Card, Phone, Laptop provided for Company use.

Job Responsibilities:
* Work within an organized sales team
* Meet with homeowners to discuss energy saving opportunities for their home.
* Assess homes and potential energy saving opportunities.
* Ability to access attics and crawl spaces, to properly assess a home's energy usage
* Communicate well with homeowners about their energy usage and offer energy saving products
* Offer energy saving solutions
* Provide options and proposals for energy savings and products
* Provide excellent customer service
* Attend weekly Sales meetings
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $100,000.00 - $300,000.00 per year
