Instructional Designer – Leadership Development
Start: Immediate
Duration: Through December 2023
Location: 100% REMOTE
Rate: $42.00 W2
- Utilize instructional design and consulting skills to conceptualize, design, and develop e-Learning, instructor-led, and blended learning training modules for the Customer Service Operations audience
- Design and develop overall training curriculum. Research, design and develop technical training courses in areas governed by state/federal utility regulatory requirements.
- Determine instructional strategies and develop measurable objectives for designing and assessing all training deliverables
- Design and develop e-Learning from ideation through storyboarding and development as needed
- Design and develop instructor-led training curricula including facilitator guides, participant materials and collaborate with field learning for implementation
- Analyze, design, and develop new training curriculums, participant guides, job aids, and assessments that are complex in nature
- Conduct needs assessment and job/task analysis to determine scope of training
- Collaborate with multiple SMEs in multiple specialty areas
Requirements
- MUST have experience designing and developing LEARDERSHIP training
- Advanced skills/experience in instructional design practices and methodologies, including ADDIE and SAM
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.)
- Advanced experience with Storyline, Captivate, Articulate RISE, and/or other eLearning authoring tools
- Ability to communicate both technical and non-technical material in a readily understandable manner
- Strong verbal, written, and analytical skills
