Job description
Responsible for all maintenance operations and personnel (10 direct reports) for the plant, facility, building, etc.Setting and overseeing the maintenance and capital projects
Maintain equipment, handle process changes, upgrades, for continues processes
Maintain production lines, manage assets, schedules, work orders, etc.
Upgrade and maintain operations, documentation for ISO standards
Reduce downtime and waste through root cause analysis
Evaluate, hire, train plant personnel, interface with all other departments
Implement machine production scheduling, trouble shoot machine and production issues
Mechanical aptitude, repair-install upgrades, fixing equipment breakdowns, etc.
Perform preventative maintenance on production machinery, facility-building, etc.
Knowledge of Microsoft Suite Microsoft Project, MS Office, computer skills, etc.
CMMS software
Requires a BS/BA Degree, US Citizen, Perm Resident, Green Card, etc.

Keys – Degree, Maintenance Manager, Supervision, Industrial Manufacturing, Hands-on, mechanical aptitude, the ability to read schematics, etc. PLC troubleshooting is a plus.
