CMMS Llumin Software – This position will track assets in an industrial setting.
Llumin is Veolia’s North America’s - Jackson MS Computerized Maintenance Management
System or CMMS that collects maintenance information and aids the processes of maintenance operations. It helps optimize the use and availability of physical equipment like vehicles, machinery, plant structures and other assets:
1. Acts as point of contact for data entry of maintenance work-orders and maintenance requests into a computer database.
2. You will enter work orders, provide workflow progress and organization, and routinely monitor data. This position is responsible for the application and user setup in Llumin software. transfer from and to the CMMS.
3. Request and manage work orders in the system by ensuring proper creation of new work
needed and update closure of work orders in a timely manner.
4. Adds, modifies, and grants user access to CMMS including permissions levels. Provides
support to users for any problems and solutions. Notify external user of new capabilities or
modules available for use.
5. Cross train of the CMMS system when necessary
6. Monitor reliability of the CMMS database and initiate service requests for software
modifications to Llumin support as needed.
7. Records will be kept in the Llumin system documenting the root cause of the problem, and the processes needed to resolve the issue.
8. Participate in all aspects of the Veolia Safety Program, ensuring the workspace meets all
safety guidelines, and work is performed in a safe and effective manner.
9. Review all data to adherence to the City of Jackson policy and procedure. Develop reports as required by management or City of Jackson
10. Entry monthly work order data (preventive maintenance, corrective and inspections) into
the City of Jackson MOR by due date each month.
11. Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
● High School Diploma.
● At least one year working with asset management, work management or procurement
process.
● Excellent PC skills with thorough knowledge of Google Drive. Proficient in MS Excel
and MS Word a must.
● Ability to develop spreadsheets and modify formats in order to complete assignments.
● Must demonstrate effective oral and written communication skills with good
vocabulary, good grammar and the ability to independently compose routine written and
telephone communications to disseminate information to users, managers, and co-
workers.
● Above average organization and time management skills.
● Must be able to handle diverse tasks simultaneously and work effectively with interruptions and consistently meet goals.
● Must demonstrate ability to work in a team environment and willingness to assume
additional or new responsibilities readily.
● Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with all levels of personnel,
including executive management and clients.
● Ability to execute tasks independently with initiative and tact.
● Must demonstrate knowledge and adherence of VWNA safety rules and policies, both in an office environment and throughout Veolia operated sites.

Pay: $17.00 - $21.00 per hour
