The Manager, Product Marketing will own the creation of innovative Consumer Activation and Occasion-based marketing strategies, building distinctive marketing programs that drive engagement, relevance, and consumption. This person will play an integral role in continuing to bring our brand to life as we further our success and expansion within Occasions and Activations.RESPONSIBILITIES

OCCASION-BASED MARKETING
Partner with Sr. Manager to help create innovative and insight-driven Consumer Activation and Occasion-based marketing strategies, and building distinctive marketing programs that drive brand awareness, equity, engagement, relevance, and product consumption
Evaluate emerging consumer trends and identify opportunities for Red Bull Marketing to reach consumers in innovative and meaningful ways
Partner with Sr. Manager to lead the development and execution of distinct, integrated cross-functional marketing campaigns across multiple layers of the Red Bull marketing mix.
Ensure consistency of strategy across each campaign element, building tools and resources that drive "best-in-class" execution
EXECUTION OF INTEGRATED MARKETING PLANS
Ensure executional excellence and create best-in-class Campaigns that drive brand awareness, equity, relevance, engagement and ultimately product consumption.
Partner with the regions to support their enrichment and amplification of national programs with regionally relevant ideas
GLOBAL AND REGIONAL ALIGNMENT
Partner with Global counterparts to ensure consistency with global standards and utilization of best practices and global tools
Provide brand consultation and support for applicable regional, shopper, eCommerce & On Premise Marketing programs
MEASURE SUCCESS
Leverage insights tools, in partnership with the Consumer Insights team, to evaluate and optimize programs, campaigns and engagements prior to execution
Utilize consumer research and post-mortem reports to adjust marketing strategy and programming on a continual basis
INTERNAL & EXTERNAL RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT
Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders to drive a culture of mutual accountability, collaboration and partnership
Help to rally organizational focus around tentpoles and unlock the full power of Red Bull Marketing
Ensure seamless alignment with key stakeholders and consistency of messaging across all initiatives
Establish and foster strong relationships with agency partners and third-party vendors/partners - ensuring the caliber of their work is high, while holding them accountable to project timelines and deliverables
EXPERIENCE
Your areas of knowledge and expertise
that matter most for this role:
- 5+ years of brand/product marketing experience including focus on brand management fundamentals
- Experience leading cross-functional teams, including project management (e.g. timeline / key milestone development)
- Experience utilizing consumer insights and translating learning into action
- Proven ability to navigate through a highly matrixed organization
- Prior agency management, experience building digitally-based plans, and retail exposure a plus
- Ability to showcase strong, real world examples of personally pushing innovation and leveraging a keen business acumen to explore new opportunities while identifying lean, agile solutions.
- Bachelor's and/or MBA preferred
- Fluent in English
