S Bar, a concept by Global Lifestyle & Hospitality Brand, sbe, joins the Las Vegas nightlife scene by bringing a sensual and elegant social space to Mandalay Bay Resort & Casino. S Bar will combine craft cocktail experiences with a lush lounge ambience.

Position Summary:
A Model Server is responsible for helping hosts and help ensure service is seamless.
Responsibilities:
· Observe tables and take note of dirty, clean, and occupied tables.
· Assist by refilling beverages and water, processing payment, and running food to the tables.
· Assist in resetting and bussing tables.
· Inform management of guests who are unhappy with the service as quickly as possible.
· Maintain composed, professional and calm attitude at all times.
· Ability to work quickly and anticipate server and guest needs in a club atmosphere.
Requirements:
· Ability to perform tasks with accuracy, speed, and attention to detail.
· Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment.
· Ability to work on feet for the duration of shift.
· Must be able to work a flexible schedule to include days, nights, weekends and holidays.
· Must have the ability to speak, read, write, and interpret business documents in the English language. This position requires a minimum of conversational Spanish. Bilingual in the Spanish language preferred (If applicable).
· Must be able to provide documentation that shows authorization to work in the United States.
· Minimum age requirements may apply depending on concept.
Physical and Working Environment:
· Must be able to stand or walk a minimum eight-hour shift.
· Must be able observant and quick to respond to various situations while also multitasking and handling stressful situations.
· Must be able to twist, tow (push or pull), reach, bend climb and carry objects as necessary.
· Must be able to lift to 25 pounds.
· Must have excellent communication skills and be able to read, write, speak and understand English.
· Must be able to work in a fast pace and high-volume environment.
· Must be able to work inside and outside at all times of the year as needed, based upon business volumes.
· Must be able to work a flexible schedule to include days, nights, weekends and holidays.
