Office Manager
Essential Job Functions
- Manage day-to-day operations of an office supporting the Owner and support staff
- Compose, modify and proofread correspondence, emails, reports or presentations
- Design monthly spreadsheets, reports and charts
- General accounts receivable and payable knowledge including banking, bill paying and QuickBooks
- Manage vendor accounts, licensing and insurance
- Scheduling deliveries, shipments and installation for customers/installers
- Order and maintain office supplies and inventory
- Act as contact person for all office related issues
- Other duties as assigned
Position Requirements
- Two years of supervisory experience in a customer service environment
- At least three years of administrative and customer service experience
- Accounting background a plus
- Extensive knowledge of MS Office (Word and Excel)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organization and time management skills
- Ability to multi-task
- Self-motivated
