Job description
We are seeking paralegals with at least 1-3 years of experience in civil and/or probate and trust litigation. Candidates must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong initiative, analytical skills, attention to detail and diligence. Responsibilities include direct communications with clients to respond to discovery, drafting discovery and summarizing responses, drafting substantive correspondence and pleadings, deposition preparation, and expert discovery. Paralegals work closely with attorneys to manage cases, including preparing for trial.
