Job descriptionOverview: Position: Plant Operations Coordinator – Part Time
Hours/Shift: 7AM-3:30PM/ Days
Key Responsibilities: Coordinates work orders, planned maintenance, and special assignments on multiple shifts at the direction of the Plant Operations Manager or Director. Coordinates assigned patient transport requests and special courier pick-ups and deliveries. Acts as liaison between all customers, both internal and external, to ensure accurate and timely communication between all parties. Maintain accurate records for organizational and regulatory compliance.
Minimum Requirements: Education: High School Diploma or equivalent. Licensure: Valid, unrestricted Arizona driver’s license and eligible to be insured under KHI’s
Experience/Skills and Knowledge: Minimum of two years’ experience in general office work or related
field, working with computers and data entry, and experience with customer relations. Proficient in the use of
computer programs, including Microsoft Office products. Must possess excellent verbal and written
communications skills. Ability to use a multi-line phone system
