Your Mission
Are you a talent professional looking for an opportunity in gaming and entertainment? We have an exciting opportunity to join our team in supporting and participating in events and operations for ABK Global Early Careers. Our ideal teammate would come from a talent acquisition, university recruiting, administrative, or operations background resulting in a clear idea of the administrative and operational elements of the role. This position will cover onboarding, event coordination, and program logistics. There will also be an element of project management and an introduction to early career programming.
Priorities can often change in a fast-paced environment like ours, so this role includes, but is not limited to, the following accountabilities:
Assist in the development and coordination of orientation and training programs for the Early Career population.
Plan and coordinate a variety of events including presentations, networking events, and training/educational sessions.
Partner with HR Operations to ensure smooth new hire onboarding.
Provide administrative support to recruiters, including creating offer letters and new hire packet generation.
Assist with data collection and analysis to illustrate program progress, needs, and wins.
Partner with program manager to coordinate and build New Grad Development and Mentorship Programs.
Support the facilitation of the MBA Rotation program, in collaboration with the Early Careers Program Manager.

A degree-level education (preferred) relevant to the skills required for the role.
Experience managing projects and events.
Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and other computer-based systems and platforms (HRIS, ATS, CRM, scheduling, and sourcing tools).
Experience in HR, early talent or university recruiting programs.
Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously and maintain strong attention to detail.
Professional level written and verbal communication.
Proven ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and change course of action quickly.
Strong initiative. Determined and able to deliver excellent results with adequate supervision.
Ability to cultivate positive relationships, interface, communicate and influence at all levels of the organization.
Ability to collect, organize data to demonstrate program progress.
Ability to identify solutions and execute to end result; strong bias for action.
Passion for gaming and/or entertainment is a plus.
