We are currently looking for a highly motivated, determined, well-spoken and experienced Regional Director of Sales for our Focused-Service portfolio, who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is results oriented. Our ideal Regional DOS is an out of the box thinker, initiating projects and processes beyond established practices. The ability to understand, quickly react and adapt to the changing hotel business needs is a critical key to success. As the Regional Director of Sales you'll be responsible for executing sales strategies in order to maximize hotel profitability while maintaining customer satisfaction. This position requires strong initiative and self-direction; results achieved with and through people.

Key Responsibilities...
- Achieving or exceeding individual and team sales goals and hotel budgets. Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to maximize revenue generation. Seeking new customers through strategic outbound sales efforts for group, extended stay group and transient room revenue. Conducting sales calls to key accounts or major prospects.
- Adjusting strategy based on competitive market and market segment knowledge.
- Weighing the value of each piece of business against hotel BPR Hotels objectives. Using corporate Revenue Management resources to help make informed decisions and maximize revenue.

The Model Qualifications:
- Minimum of three years of proven successful experience as a Director of Sales and Marketing in hotels; Focus-Service experience preferred.
- Hilton Systems and Salesforce CRM (Delphi) experience required
- Strong self-initiative and self-direction.
- Knowledge and skill in how to successfully influence and persuade others by understanding their individual needs and motivations.
- Self-confident, extroverted style that enlivens and engages others and positively impacts individuals and groups.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
