Sugar Makery in Glenwood IA is seeking an full time person to independently oversee the operation of the store,
Flexible scheduling but some nights and weekends are required.
$15hr starting pay - Plus Tips!. Effective pay rate is $17hr
About Sugar Makery:
A ‘sweet shop’ located in Glenwood Iowa! We feature more than 50 popcorn varieties, a chocolate case full of treats, candy, ice cream and more than 240 different glass bottle craft sodas. Ohhhh did we mention Fudge? Yes you need to come in. You won't be disappointed. Get some ice cream and sit outside on our patio

In our business - Customer Experience is the foundation. We must be highly engaging with customers and always focused on the customer leaving happy. We give high attention to our customers!
The job duties are to over see the store - make sure everything is the best presentation for customers! Products must be stocked, neat and tidy.
Daily duties
- Focus on the best customer experience
- Have fun and help others to 'feel good' about visiting
- Set the store
- Assist in the kitchen to make fantastic treats - for the best customer experience
- Oversee employees to insure the best possible customer experience
- Check inventory levels and report on items that are low
- Follow store closing procedures
- Help us create and deliver the best possible customer experience
