As a Scheduling Coordinator with Mission Home Health, you will assist the care management team by providing support for the delivery of care services including scheduling, overall coordination, support of care, and overall administrative support as needed for special projects.
In this role, you will: Scheduling clinicians with clients and confirms schedules. Scheduling clinicians for office appointments, reviews, credentialing, and supervisory visits. Maintain client charting and system profile management. Confirm and update clinician’s availability schedules.
Requirements
- Two(2) years or more of scheduling/staffing experience
- Two(2) years or more of home health and administrative experience
- Excellent phone etiquette and experience with utilizing multi-line phone systems/office equipment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
