Summary
As Senior Manager, Commercial Execution, you will build the foundation for customer-centric, data-driven go-to-market strategies and plans for our Power Tools Group (PTG) products across North America. In this high-impact position, you will serve as a key partner to leaders across all customer channels (including Commercial Construction, Industrial Sales, Home Depot, Lowe s, Amazon, Tractor Supply Co. , Wal-Mart, Regional Mass Merchants, Ace) leading key product commercialization activities across North America and directly supporting the development and execution of long-term go-to-market strategies and plans for PTG.
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain Professional Power Tools (PPT) data and deliverables, including forecast inputs and competitive pricing landscape data; partner with VP, Channel Marketing - PTG to build annual strategic plans for PPT across NA Tools, inclusive of prioritization of new product roads and launches
  • Partner closely with commercial teams to ensure consistent communication and alignment to North America commercial and product long-term strategies and proactively identify opportunities to drive new value to customers
  • Lead planning and execution of key product commercialization activities for PTG across North America commercial teams, including product transitions, new product launches, and promotional planning
  • Collaborate with revenue growth management, commercial, and product teams on development of PPT pricing architecture, promotional activities, and mix improvements; support execution across North America channel teams
  • Collaborate on the development of scalable systems and processes to drive consistent and accessible product data at a North America-wide level
  • Additional duties, as assigned
Ideal Profile & Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in channel marketing or product commercialization experience within the consumer goods industry
  • Demonstrated success leading product commercialization or channel marketing activities and process improvements across multiple channels or cross-functional teams
  • Attention to detail and superb time management, organization, and project management skills
  • Strong relationship-building, leadership, and facilitation capabilities with cross-functional teams; strong interpersonal and verbal and written communication skills
  • Thorough understanding of key business measures sales, gross margin, OM, etc.
  • Experience managing a budget for promotions, merchandising, trade shows and/or advertising
  • Computer proficiency and advanced Microsoft Office Suite, BW and SAP skills
  • Solid analytical skills and problem-solving ability
