Zubi is looking for a senior strategist to join its team of fearless champions.
About Zubi: Zubi is a WPP agency, specializing in growth marketing and multicultural advertising, with specific expertise in the US Hispanic market. Headquartered in Miami, Zubi was founded by the late Tere Zubizarreta, an AAF Hall-of-Famer. For more than forty years, Zubi has been providing multicultural advertising solutions for blue chip clients, the list of which currently includes the Ford and Lincoln divisions of the Ford Motor Company and Chase Bank.
Candidate Checklist:
- Has considerable experience in the Hispanic market, other multicultural segment experience is a definite plus.
- Is knowledgeable and excited about contemporary, evidence-based marketing science and practices.
- Writes killer creative briefs.
- Analyzes qualitative research with an eye toward writing those killer briefs.
- Appreciates and advocates for best-in-class creative.
- Loves presenting.
- Knows their way around syndicated research, especially Simmons.
- Writes substantive POVs.
- Is a fan of pop culture and advertising’s role within it.
- Reads constantly to stay up on her/his game.
