Software Engineering Manager, Engineering Productivity (DevOps)
Job description
WebstaurantStore is looking for a Software Engineering Manager to join our growing company and work in our Engineering Productivity group. This role focuses on leading web application development, using a Microsoft stack on premise (with potential hybrid cloud), CI/CD improvements and building tools that multiple the efficiency of the entire department.
As a Software Engineering Manager, you will be:
- Working effectively in a collaborative and innovative team-oriented environment
- Responsible for hiring and growing the team
- Mentoring and managing performance of approximately 10 direct reports to facilitate career goals
- Organizing and managing timelines, which includes collaborating with BA, QA and development teams
- Actively contributing to code reviews, architecture decisions and process improvements
- Ensuring our fun and open culture is preserved
