We've onboarded some of the world's most reputable brands and now we need a Paid Social Media Manager for one of our clients.
Our client is looking for a Paid Social Media Manager who will eventually lead our efforts across both paid advertising and email marketing. The goal is to grow into the Head of Marketing.
The most important area in which we’re looking to add expertise is in paid social (facebook + instagram) strategy.
Further expertise in paid google and email marketing are big plus skills for us, but responsibility for these areas could be inherited over time, as expertise is built.
You’ll be managing a small, nimble team of designers and copywriters to produce and publish necessary assets for campaigns across these various channels.
Developing + implementing creative and media-buying strategy for paid advertising (facebook, instagram, google) and email marketing
Managing designers and copywriters to produce necessary assets
Setting, monitoring and reporting on marketing goals
Be a steward of the brand that maintains brand integrity while expanding reach
Analyze consumer behavior and determine customer personas
Identify opportunities to reach new markets and demographics
Monitor competition for strategic and product insights
Experience in a strategic role handling paid Meta accounts spending >200k/mo, with the most recent experience coming within the last 12 months (could be within an ecommerce organization, or in a performance marketing agency)
Experience overseeing production of assets for paid Meta campaigns
Solid knowledge of media buying tactics in Meta AdsManager
Familiarity with reporting and analytics tools (Google Analytics, etc)
Experience with CRM software (preferably Klaviyo)
Experience handling strategy for Google Adwords is a strong-plus skill
Experience in email marketing strategy is a strong-plus skill
