Job description
Overview- Reports to DSM for store responsibilities and to Area HR Director/Recruiter for training accountabilities
- Maintains dual responsibility of Manager and Trainer: 35% Manager, 65% Trainer
- Coordinates training of management
Required Qualifications
- Demonstrated presentation and training skills in a classroom environment
- Proven understanding and application of Adult Learning Theory
- Previous experience in a “line” department function or equivalent
- Ability to communicate
Preferred Qualifications
- At least one year of supervisory experience in retail, food service, restaurant, or customer service or at least one year of work experience in these types of businesses, preferably at a supervisor level
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
