Job description
Reservations:
- Using company sales model as outlined in training manual and posted on monitor (ex: asking questions; using guest last name; etc)
- Increased product knowledge
- Using company etiquette as outlined in training manual (ex: using required verbiage)
- Following all policies and procedures as outlined in training manual (ex: notating each folio; communication of cancellation policy as directed; application of discounts; etc)
Guest Care:.
- Responds to maintenance calls
- Properly handles challenging guests as directed.
- Executes daily procedures. Checklist, Cleanliness of office, etc.
- Exceeds expectations with every opportunity
Other Duties:
- Participate in social events
- Cleanliness of workstation, front desk areas, rear areas, bathrooms, kitchen, conference room, and all other guest areas
- Teamwork and proper respect with front desk staff, management, and service personnel
- Maintaining a positive attitude at all times and fostering an attitude of excellence
- Immediate communication to management of any serious or important issues involving any cabin, guest, or cabin owner
- Participation in Daily Directive and all other reporting to management
- Following all company policies and procedures as outlined in training manual and Company Handbook
- Proper handling of cabin owners and any related issues
- Support of company, management team, and owners
