Job description

Our mission at SYNERGY HomeCare is to help our clients maintain their health and independence while living at home. We provide non-medical care to clients in Sheboygan and Mequon areas.

We are looking to hire a passionate, driven, dedicated manager for Fridays-Sundays.

As a weekend manager, you will:

  • Keep a close eye on the schedule to ensure all caregivers attend their scheduled shifts
  • Hold the on-call phone for Friday through Monday morning, answering calls and addressing immediate needs for caregivers and clients
  • Provide quality in-home care to clients when needed
  • Provide a detailed written summary of weekend activities for general manager
